| 内容記述 | There was a speech by the former Prime Minister Suga on social management within the framework of self-help, mutual assistance, and public assistance. Is it possible to build a society in which people support each other through new mutual assistance? First, Onda (2006) will explain the mutual aid and mutual aid system of the local community. Next, from A Field Study of Imabari City's 'Mujin' Group in Nagai (2019), I will introduce the situation of 'Mujin' Group as a mutual aid that still remains. 'Mujin' Group is a revolving credit union and is part of social capital. Accumulation of social capital brings about a virtuous cycle of becoming a richer region. It was concluded that elements such as common interest, empathy, trust, sense of belonging, and mutual aid are necessary in a mutual aid society, and it will be difficult to use them again in today's society. | |||||||||||||
