Technology"}],"subitem_degreegrantor_identifier":[{"subitem_degreegrantor_identifier_name":"10103","subitem_degreegrantor_identifier_scheme":"kakenhi"}]}]},"item_81_degree_name_11":{"attribute_name":"学位名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_degreename":"博士(工学)","subitem_degreename_language":"ja"}]},"item_81_description_25":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_81_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究は,機能性にすぐれた発熱合板の開発を目的とする。開発した合板の製造は,既存の合板製造ラインを活用して行うものとし,基本的な製造条件を検討した。まず,合板に用いる接着剤の特性評価と発熱特性を付加する導電性物質の選定を行った。そして導電性にすぐれた黒鉛粒子を作るため,薄片化技術と簡便な導電性評価法を開発した。つぎにこの技術を応用して導電性接着層の基礎実験を行った。そしてその結果をもとに,導電性の局所的変動が小さくなる条件を推定し,実際に発熱合板を製造して,発熱性能と導電性能を評価した。本論文は5つの章で構成される。それぞれの章の概要は次のとおりである。第1章は序論であり,本研究の着想に至るまでの合板産業の背景,本研究に関連する合板製造,および導電性複合材料に関する既往の研究をまとめ,本論文の目的と構成について述べた。第2章では,発熱合板を製造するための基本的な条件について検討した。先ず合板の原材料となる接着剤と南洋材の接着性能の検証を行った。ついで接着剤に各種の導電性物質を混入して合板を作り,通電して発現する発熱性能と合板の接着性能との関係を調べて,最良の導電性物質として黒鉛粒子を選定した。第3章では,スライドガラス上に薄片状黒鉛粒子とフェノール樹脂を用いた樹脂複合膜を作製し,導電性を評価する基礎実験法を開発した。また,可能な限り少量の黒鉛粒子の添加で,高い導電性を得ることを目的として,黒鉛層間化合物(GIC)を利用して湿式粉砕処理を行い,結晶性に優れた薄片状黒鉛粒子を生成した。GIC由来の薄片状黒鉛粒子を用いた複合樹脂膜は高導電性を有した。第4章では,前章で得られた基礎実験の結果をもとに,黒鉛の種類・サイズ,フェノール樹脂への添加量を選定し,発熱合板を製造した。基礎実験で導電性が高いと判断された黒鉛粒子を用いた発熱合板では,大幅に発熱むらを軽減することができた。第5章は本研究の総括である。黒鉛-フェノール樹脂複合膜の導電性に関する基礎実験から導電性と発熱性の予測が可能となり,発熱特性を安定させる黒鉛粒子の形状と添加量が提案できた。これらの知見をもとに製造した発熱合板は,床暖房にとどまらず,電磁波遮蔽合板など種々の機能をもつ合板としても応用できるものと考える。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_81_dissertation_number_13":{"attribute_name":"学位授与番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_dissertationnumber":"甲第330号"}]},"item_81_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.15118/00005093","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_81_subject_9":{"attribute_name":"日本十進分類法","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"564.14","subitem_subject_scheme":"NDC"}]},"item_81_text_12":{"attribute_name":"学位の種別","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_language":"ja","subitem_text_value":"課程博士"}]},"item_81_text_14":{"attribute_name":"報告番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_language":"ja","subitem_text_value":"甲第330号"}]},"item_81_text_15":{"attribute_name":"学位記番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_language":"ja","subitem_text_value":"博甲第330号"}]},"item_81_text_16":{"attribute_name":"研究科・専攻","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_language":"ja","subitem_text_value":"工学研究科・創成機能工学専攻"}]},"item_81_version_type_24":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_access_right":{"attribute_name":"アクセス権","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_access_right":"open
