Countermeasure project was carried out at Chuo Shopping District in Muroran City in fiscal year 1998. The project consisted of core facilities, challenge shop and a series of investigations. Core facilities were exhibition hall named “Whale The World”, Gallery for arts and Information satellite named “Town Navi”.
