The influence of the share thinning effect on the solidification of macromolecule solution is examined. The acrylic fiber, which dissolved in DMAc is extruded into water by a spinning nozzle with a various share rate. As a result, big change wasn't seen at 25-wt% of resins, and structure that a spindly Void stretches radially from the section center was confirmed. This structure could be the two-phase separation. On the other hand, at the 30-wt% resin, there was a big change about each experiment condition. The share thinning effect changes the structure of the scarfskin part in the section mainly and the network structure sometimes appeared inside the section. Three phase separation seems to be complicatedly caused. |
