ライフサイクルコストにおけるユーザーコストの影響について調べるものである. ライフサイクルコスト低減の考え方は, 効率的な維待管理システムを作るために, 橋梁維持管理システム (BMS) に取り入れられて来るであろう. しかし, ライフサイクルコストを考える上でのユーザーコストは, 項目としてのみ挙げられ, 実際にどの程度の影響があるかについての研究は少ない. ユーザーコストはライフサイクルコストの大きな割合を占めると予測される. また, ユーザーコストは, 対象橋梁周辺の迂回路ネットワークの評価を示す一つの指標であると考えられる. ユーザーコストの定量化を試み, それを取り入れたBMS戦略の一例,
