| 内容記述 | The purpose of the present investigation is to design a compound type active muffler, which is constructed of active noise control (ANC) and an expansion muffler. In the experiment, using a compound type active muffler model without sound absorption material, the attenuation characteristics of the muffler have been investigated. The experimental results show that the compound type active muffler with sound absorption material in expansion chamber is very effective for noise reduction over the wide range of frequency, and that the internal structure of expansion chamber influences the attenuation characteristics of this compound type active muffler. | |||||||||||||||||
