In this study, nose-shape of steel-weight and impact velocity were taken as variables. To investigate an applicability of proposed analysis method, these numerical results were compared with the corresponding experimental ones obtained from falling-weight impact tests. From this study, it was seen that applying the proposed analysis method, the impact behavior of flexural-failure-type RC beams can be numerically analyzed with good accuracy irrespective of nose-shape of
