A}, month = {Mar}, note = {application/pdf, In order to establish an appropriate FE model of sand element for impact response analysis, dynamic response analysis of sand cushion and three-layered absorbing system subjected to falling-weight impact force was conducted by using LS-DYNA code. An applicability of proposed model for sand-cushion element was discussed comparing the numerical results with the prototype experimental results.
