In this study, three different types of blades with NACA44 aerofoil and slot arrangement were examined by a subscale experiments and numerical results under the condition of open typed wind tunnels with wind stream 0.8〜4.5 m/s, i.e., tapered rectangular blade with different twist pitch angle and with slot arrangement.
