基礎・境界","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_79_description_23":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_79_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"筆者らが考案した球面超音波モータの回転角度検出並びに制御について報告する.従来,球状ロータの回転位置検出には3軸に組み合わせたポテンシオメータが用いられるが,検出部が大型・複雑で小型化には不利であるなどから,非接触の検出方法が望まれる.本モータは球状ロータの表面がステータの上下の2箇所に露出しており,一方を機械出力,他方をロータの位置検出に利用できる.ロータ表面にマークを貼り付け,小型CCDカメラによって撮影する方法を考案した.画像からマークのみを抽出し,その移動量を計測することで回転角を算出する.しかし,球状ロータ表面は光沢を有し,不要なものが映り込むため,画像処理によるマークだけの検出が困難である.そのため,ロータ撮影面を外光から遮光し,カメラのシャッターが閉じている間に紫外線LEDを蓄光性マークに照射し,マークの残光を撮影するように工夫した.実験の結果,マークの抽出が容易であり,使用するカメラの画素数に依存する分解能で計測が可能であった.その計測結果を用いて制御システムを構築し,PID制御により本モータの定置制御及び追従制御を行った結果,良好な動作が安定して得られた.","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_79_link_5":{"attribute_name":"室蘭工業大学研究者データベースへのリンク","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_link_text":"青柳
