Viscous and heat conduction loss and molecular vibrational relaxation effects of oxygen and nitrogen molecules are considered. The effect of each diffusion term on the wave attenuation and the wave form change is investigated in detail. In addition, the characteristics of each attenuation effect are investigated by the technique of frequency
