In the case of university libraries, the author looks at learning spaces and information literacy. There was a great deal of collaboration among university libraries, particularly in the case of information literacy. He found that academic libraries were not just providing learning support but also providing research support at very high levels of subject specialization. In the case of public libraries, he would like to introduce 3 innovations that he found very enlightening.
