| 内容記述 | This paper will investigate and compare Date and Kutchan Cities' new Household Waste Disposal Charges，and the reduction of waste output. It will also examine the program's influences upon the attitudes of the local population. The results of this paper will show: 1.that the waste output was reduced by about 10%, 2.the number of the people that were against the project at first which were the majority，are now the minority， 3.the charges produced a positive attitude among the local population towards reducing waste by personal experience. | |||||||||||||
