 note = {application/pdf, The purpose of this paper is to discuss the roles and functions of a clinical psychologist in a general hospital, reviewing the psychological interview with a chronic dialysis, female inpatient. The case was in the dialysis treatment and showed mental disorder when the psychological interview started. She had been facing troubles with her family. The troubles prevented her from taking care of her diabetes cure. In order to remove her from hospital, she had to rebuild relationship with family and financial foundation.
