Electrical and magnetic properties of these compounds have been studied at low temperatures. GdFe4P12 and TbFe4P12 show the ferromagnetic transition at around 23 and 10 K, respectively. On the other hand, the antiferromagnetic transition of GdRu4P12 and TbRu4P12 is observed at around 20 K. The magnetic property of TbRu4P12 is studied with powder neutron diffraction at low temperatures, and the magnetic structure in this compound is refined. DyOs4P12 does not show the magnetic transition down to 2 K. However, a small electrical anomaly is found at around 10 K. New compound HoOs4P12 is prepared with Kawai-type high-pressure apparatus at 7GPa. YFe4P12 and YOs4P12 exhibit the superconducting transition at around 7 K and 3 K, respectively.
