This patient has been in and out the psychiatric ward several times His condition was severe and resistance to the medical and other social therapy. After suicide behavior of him, behavioral therapy was attempted. Patient was gradually response to the attempt and was looked withdrawing positive symptom temporarily. When the attempt was changed to be needed more voluntarily, he became back to former state.
