Residents of such a facility have individual rooms with kitchenettes. They are provided with support services such as meals, housekeeping, and social activities. For Carehouse staff, it is important to monitor residents' health by observing their day-to-day behavior. Thereby, staff can ascertain the level of nursing required by patients at an early stage. This study developed a computer-based support system that uses a commercial speech recognition system to collect individuals' information from Carehouse staff. Subsequently, the system stores that information in a database and evaluates the level of required nursing care for each resident. Depending on the level, the system suggests an action plan. In addition, the system provides a network environment that is accessible throughout the Carehouse, and by relatives of the residents and home doctors. This system is an effective tool for health care management and for maintenance of residents' healthy lifestyles., 特集 : 「2003年度実施の地域との共同研究の報告」}, pages = {21--27}, title = {ケアハウスにおける介護予防支援システムの開発}, volume = {54}, year = {2004}, yomi = {イタクラ, ケンイチ and サイトウ, タカヒト and サトウ, カズヒコ and カメダ, ケンジ and コバヤシ, マサトシ and イケダ, ヤスミ and ヤマダ, フジオ and ササキ, マキコ} }
