This paper presents the urban flood hazard map of Muroran, Hokkaido, based on the rainfall which has a statistical probability of being equaled 1 time in 50 years on average. In Muroran, many elderly persons live in the flooded area, which has also many slopes. For proposing the evacuation countermeasures in this area, therefore, it is necessary to consider the effect of the slope shape.
