Hokkaido","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_79_description_23":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_79_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本稿では、青森県地方において方言名として認識されている魚種等の名称のリストを提示し、それについてのいくつかの特徴を明らかにした。方言名としてリストされていた名称には、標準和名と全く異なるもの、標準和名と部分的に共通部分を含むもの、標準和名に方言特有の音変化が生じたと思われるもの、標準和名を短縮した形のもの、標準和名と同一形であるが方言名リストに加えられているものが含まれていた。標準和名と全く異なる方言色が濃い名称は、全国的に広く流通していない、地元以外の一般家庭にはあまり馴染みがないような魚に多く見られる傾向があった。一方で、全国的に広く流通し地元以外の一般家庭でもおなじみの食材で商業上も重要と思われる魚の中には、標準和名では一つの魚種となっているのが何らかの基準で細分化され、それぞれに名称が付与されているものが見られた。これは、地元の人達のそれらの魚に対する関心の高さを反映していると思われる。また、大きさや収穫時期を表す<その魚の特徴を表すキーワード>+<その魚が属するグループを指す一般的な名称>という複合的な形式で下位分類を表すものについては、特に大きさや収穫時期(旬の時期と関連)は商品価値にも影響することから、商業上の重要性が大きく関与していると思われる。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_79_link_5":{"attribute_name":"室蘭工業大学研究者データベースへのリンク","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_link_text":"塩谷
