 note = {application/pdf, This is the first report on the nivicolous myxomycetes in south part of Hokkaido, Japan. Ninety-five specimens were collected, and fourteen species of nivicolous species were identified from low altitude suburb areas in Iburi and Shiribeshi Subprefectures in 2016. Number of recorded species of one-season investigation was similar to Mt. Asahidake in north-central part of Hokkaido (5 genus 17 species), Shiretoko Peninsula in eastern Hokkaido (5 genus 13 species), and Aomori Prefecture, the northernmost prefecture on Honshu Island (4 genus 12 species).
