{"created":"2023-06-19T10:29:23.854482+00:00","id":9231,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"6e93a474-06ce-4d3d-9821-28a8acc1027d"},"_deposit":{"created_by":18,"id":"9231","owners":[18],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"9231"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:muroran-it.repo.nii.ac.jp:00009231","sets":["41:227"]},"author_link":["54280"],"item_81_date_granted_17":{"attribute_name":"学位授与年月日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_dategranted":"2017-03-23"}]},"item_81_degree_grantor_10":{"attribute_name":"学位授与機関","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_degreegrantor":[{"subitem_degreegrantor_language":"ja","subitem_degreegrantor_name":"室蘭工業大学"},{"subitem_degreegrantor_language":"en","subitem_degreegrantor_name":"Muroran Institute of Technology"}],"subitem_degreegrantor_identifier":[{"subitem_degreegrantor_identifier_name":"10103","subitem_degreegrantor_identifier_scheme":"kakenhi"}]}]},"item_81_degree_name_11":{"attribute_name":"学位名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_degreename":"博士(工学)","subitem_degreename_language":"ja"}]},"item_81_description_25":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_81_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"現在のカーボンフットプリント(CFP) 制度には、(1)CFP が公開されている商品の数が少ない。(2)CFP の大きさを把握しにくい。(3)CFP の認知度が低いといった問題がある。これらの問題を解決するために、本研究は、[1]CFPの計算効率を改善する。[2]CFPの評価基準を作り出す方法を開発する。[3]CFP の認知度を向上させることを目的として行った。\nCFP 計算の効率を改善するために、本研究では、CFP 自動計算システムを構築した。この計算システムでは、計算者の計算作業を効率化するため、生産メーカーから収集されたデータの読み込み、CO2 原単位の検索、CFP 計算式の組み立て等の作業をほぼ自動で実施できるようにした。本計算システムを使って、CFP の計算方法を学び始めた直後の 4 人の学生と筆者は、30 社が製造した 130 品のCFP を約 1ヶ月で計算できるようになった。\nCFP の評価基準を作り出すために、本研究ではテキストマイニングを用いて、ウェブで公開されたオープンデータを使って、製品のCFP の範囲を計算する手法を提案した。本手法では、CFP に関するデータをウェブサイトから認識、抽出するアルゴリズムを、ディープラーニングの手法に基づいて開発した。そして、ウェブで公開されている多量なデータを使って、CFP の範囲を推定できることを示した。このCFP の範囲は、CFP の評価基準として製品のCFP の量の大きさの評価に使える。\nCFP に関するデータを認識、抽出する手法では再帰自己符号化器(RAE) とN-gram モデル解析を組み合わせた固有表現抽出法を提案した。この抽出法は、RAE を用いて任意単語数の文節の固有表現解析し、N-gram モデルを用いて入力文節と前後文節の文脈を分析し、入力文節の固有表現を推定する。実験の結果では、この手法のF 値は90.4%であり、提案手法が任意単語数の文節の固有表現抽出に有効であることを確認した。\nCFP 社会認知度を向上させるために、本研究ではコープさっぽろと共同し、新たなCFP 取組を実施した。この取組では、130 品の食品・日用品のCFP を計算し、CFP が消費者の目につくように、CFP を印刷した包装のデザインを工夫した。また、取組をパンフレットで紹介した。この取組の効果を、2014 年と 2015 年に 2 回のアンケート調査で調べ、取組の効果を検証した。\nCarbon footprint (CFP) system has some problems to realize low-carbon society: (1) number of CFP-labled products is small, (2) it is difficult to understand quantitatively CFP, (3) social recognition of CFP is low. In order to overcome these problems, I have studied to improve the efficiency of CFP calculation, to develop a method to create the evaluation criteria of CFP, and to improve the social recognition of CFP,\nIn order to improve the efficiency of CFP calculation, in this study, I have designed and developed a CFP automatic calculation system. In this calculation system, in order to streamline the computation work of persons who calculate CFP, it is possible to almost automatically perform work such as reading the data on CFP collected from the manufacturer, searching CO2 intensity unit, and assembling CFP calculation formula. Using this calculation system, four students, who have just started to learn a method of the CFP calculation, could calculate 130 items produced by 30 companies in about one month.\nIn order to create the evaluation criteria of CFP, I have proposed a method to calculate the range of CFP of products by using both a text mining technique and the open data published on the web. I have developed algorithms to recognize and extract data on CFP based on deep learning. I have collected large amounts of data from websites. I have shown that it is possible to estimate the range of CFP of a large number of products. Moreover, the range of CFP, which is estimated with my algorithm, can be used as a criteria of CFP.\nIn the method of recognizing and extracting data on CFP, I have proposed a named entity extraction method combining recursive autoencoder (RAE) and N-gram model analysis. In this extraction method, RAE is used to analyze named entities of a clauses. The N-gram model is used to analyze the contexts of input clauses and preceding and following clauses, and estimate the named entities of input clauses. A result of a computer experiment has shown that the F value was 90.4%, and the proposed method is effective to extracted named entities of clauses.\nIn order to improve CFP society recognition, I have collaborated with COOP- Sapporo. We carried out a new approach for improvement of recognition of CFP. In this approach, we calculated the CFP of 130 items of food and daily necessities and devised design of packages that printed CFP, so that CFP can be seen by consumers. We have also distributed pamphlets that introduced CFP.
