エレクトロニクス","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_79_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"近年,スマートフォンなどの情報端末の普及による情報通信技術の急激な発展に伴い,通信の高速大容量化が求められている.通信の大容量化には基幹となる光通信の大容量化は必須であり,そのための高性能な光デバイスの開発が盛んに進められている.光デバイスの開発では,現在は,計算機及びシミュレーション技術の発展により計算機シミュレーションが広く用いられているが,デバイスの開発においては既存の構造の改良であったり発見的な方法であるなど,設計者の経験に依るところも大きい.既存の概念を超えたより高性能な光デバイスの開発には,設計者の経験に頼らない最適設計手法もまた有効である.近年,光デバイスの最適設計技術も発展し,寸法や形状のみならず,トポロジーまでを含めた最適設計法が開発されており,様々な興味深いデバイスが提案されている.中でも関数展開法に基づくトポロジー最適設計法は,通常の密度法で現れるグレイ領域の問題を回避することができ,選択する関数系により構造の自由度を制限することも比較的容易である.しかしながら,関数展開法に基づくトポロジー最適化の二次元光回路設計への適用はこれまで主にTE 波のみに対して検討されている.近年,強導波路を用いたデバイスの小型化が盛んに検討されるなか,偏波無依存化や偏波分離といった偏波の違いを考慮した設計もまた重要になっている.本研究では,関数展開法に基づくトポロジー最適設計法をTE,TM
