It is expected that much higher throughput performance for microwave simulation will be achieved to efficiently implement the FDTD scheme in the dedicated computer system. It was shown in previous works shat various kinds of numerical models such as complicated shape scatterer, material distribution, the PML boundary condition are invoked in the FDTD method dedicated computer.
