In this paper, we propose a distributed interferenceawareenergy-efficient resource allocation algorithm to maximizeeach UE’s Energy Efficiency (EE) subject to its specific Qualityof Service (QoS) and maximum transmission power constraints.We model the resource allocation problem as a noncooperativegame, in which each player is self-interested and wants tomaximize its own EE. A distributed interference-aware energyefficientresource allocation algorithm is proposed by exploitingthe properties of the nonlinear fractional programming. We provethat the optimal solution obtained by the proposed algorithmis the Nash equilibrium of the noncooperative game.
