The powders obtained by calcinating the mixture corrosion products at a temperature more than 873 K was identified as NiTiO3 by XRD analysis. The NiTiO3 powders which obtained after the calcination at 1473 K had the diameters from 0.4 to 6.5 µm, and a median of the size distribution of 2.3 µm.
