{"created":"2023-06-19T10:29:53.236413+00:00","id":9954,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"5c503bbf-4579-45cf-8793-99461c14333a"},"_deposit":{"created_by":18,"id":"9954","owners":[18],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"9954"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:muroran-it.repo.nii.ac.jp:00009954","sets":["41:227"]},"author_link":["56150"],"item_81_date_granted_17":{"attribute_name":"学位授与年月日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_dategranted":"2019-03-25"}]},"item_81_degree_grantor_10":{"attribute_name":"学位授与機関","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_degreegrantor":[{"subitem_degreegrantor_language":"ja","subitem_degreegrantor_name":"室蘭工業大学"},{"subitem_degreegrantor_language":"en","subitem_degreegrantor_name":"Muroran Institute of Technology"}],"subitem_degreegrantor_identifier":[{"subitem_degreegrantor_identifier_name":"10103","subitem_degreegrantor_identifier_scheme":"kakenhi"}]}]},"item_81_degree_name_11":{"attribute_name":"学位名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_degreename":"博士（工学）","subitem_degreename_language":"ja"}]},"item_81_description_25":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_81_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"我が国はすでに長期の人口減少過程に入っており、国土全体の人口維持の要として地方都市圏には緩やかに集約型都市構造へと転換する中で、住環境の維持・向上が求められる。ここで住環境は「安全性・保健性・利便性・快適性・持続可能性」で構成され、この中で生活の基盤である「衣食・住」を担う消費者行動である「購買行動・住宅取得」が困難な地域においては、人口維持も困難となるだろう。そこで本研究は地方都市圏における人口維持のために「購買環境・住宅事情」の実態を把握し、「購買行動・住宅取得」に対する住環境評価を消費者行動から捉えることを目的として、1つ目に北海道の地方都市圏における「購買環境」の実態と「購買行動」の地域性を分析し、2つ目に「購買環境」に課題を抱える地方小都市における「購買行動評価」の要因分析を行い、3つ目に「住宅事情」に課題を抱える地方中核都市における新興住宅地における「住宅取得」の傾向を踏まえ、全国の地方都市圏における新興住宅地における「住宅取得意向」の要因分析を行った。具体的な研究内容は、地方都市圏における「購買環境」と「購買行動」の地域性の分析では、人口規模別に「購買環境と購買行動」の関連を比較し、「購買環境」の利便性が低い地方小都市から利便性が高い地方中核都市への「購買行動」が多いことを示した。次に、地方小都市における「購買行動評価」の要因分析では、札幌市での「購買行動」の評価要因を地方小都市と札幌市居住者で比較し、居住地の購買環境による差が小さく、地方小都市では家族同伴等が評価の向上要因となることを示した。最後に、地方中核都市の新興住宅地における「住宅取得」の傾向として、近年の住宅取得は、購買環境の利便性が高いほど建設が早く、個別更新されたものは空き家として残る割合が高いことを示した。また、地方都市圏の新興住宅地における「住宅取得意向」の要因として、まちなみの美しさ等を評価していることを示した。以上より、本論文はこれまで経験したことのない人口減少に対し、地方都市圏における人口維持のために消費者行動から住環境の評価を捉えたものである。そして、将来見込まれる人口動態や住環境の変化に対して、新しい計画の策定・運用や、最適な支援施策を検討する上で役立つことができると考える。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"Japan has already entered a process of declining the population for a long time and as the regional urban area gradually converts to an intensive urban structure, it is required to maintain and improve the living environment as a key to maintaining the population of the whole country.
