| 内容記述 | The number of applicants for teacher employment examinations in Japan continues to decline every year. Previous studies have suggested that the main reason for this is the heavy workload of teachers. No study has ever asked teaching students how they view the decline in the number of test takers. In this study, we asked them the reasons for the decline in the number of candidates. In addition, we interviewed students, graduates, and teachers about "becoming a teacher”. Both students and teachers were ambivalent about "working conditions" and "satisfaction". | |||||||||||||||||||||
