| 内容記述 | Geographic Information System is able to collect, manage, analyze and send out various geo-spatial information, very spacious and dynamic. Based on GIS technology, applying Digital Elevation Model, Flood Evolution Models, Humane and Economic information the scope of flooding and flood-stricken area, simulate flooding process, development trend and flood losses to provide timely information of towns, roads, water conservancy facilities, distribution of rivers and lakes can be confirmed. The best route and solution for personnel retreat, material transfer, minimize the losses caused by flood can be confirmed, and offer decision-making data to flood control and disaster reduction can be offered. | |||||||||||||
